I don't have to wait long before being seen and in some cases, go right in. I leave with explicit instructions on what to do after my procedure. In some instances, Dr. Jackson himself makes a follow-up call to me to make sure I'm ok. The work that is done stays done.

I love how friendly and professional everyone is. From the front desk to the dental assistants to Dr. Jackson. I don't think I have ever been so happy with any type of business before. Not only do they exceed the mark in that way, but they are so knowledgable and proactive and you never have to wonder about anything. They really are on top of their game. From the follow up call from Dr. Jackson the evening of my appointment for my crown to the email and text reminders for my follow up appointments, I couldn't ask for anything more. I love it there! I travel 45 minutes just to continue to use them as my dentist.

Dr. Jackson has a good bedside manner. He managed to ease me through all my major dental work over the past 2-3 years. I don't think I've seen a dentist that long in my life as I'd disappear after traumatic procedures. Everyone treats you like they are part of your family. It doesn't feel like a 'dentist' office environment usually does. i don't get butterflies in my stomach or nervous because I know that everything is going to be done at the highest professional level and with great care and pride in workmanship.
